DESCRIPTION

Libera is the database mainly of archaeological literature. It concerns the time from the 5./6.th century till the 10./11.th century and region of Europe, Near East and North Africa. It consists mostly of the publications in the library of the Institute of Archaeology (Scientific Research Centre of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts) in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The records have the keywords, too. The database is planned to be the starting point for the study of the particular problems.

You may use the database free, but on your own responsibility what concerns the quality. If you made any use of Libera, please, do not forget to mention it in your publication und send us the copy of the published reference. This could be in the future decisive for the further existence of the database.
